Meet Annie

Feel good. Move often. Live well.

Hi, I’m Annie

As a stay-at-home mom with 3 kids in school, I wanted to be a part of something that held me accountable, something to keep me busy and consistent. So, I joined group fitness and absolutely fell in love.

After 10 years in the fitness community, I knew I wanted to make other people feel the way I felt. I wanted to create a fitness community for women of all ages and ability levels to feel comfortable and strong.

Instead of just trying to sell a program or membership, I wanted to create a lifestyle and a sense of community, where women in my classes could make connections with other like-minded women.

As women, we’re busy. We want to enjoy the time we have for ourselves.

Getting fit along the way is just a bonus.
