HYROX Training Program

Hyrox Training is our high-energy, strength-and-endurance conditioning program designed to help you feel stronger, faster, and more capable in everyday life and athletic performance. We run this program in 7-week blocks on Tuesday and Thursday mornings, creating a consistent training rhythm and a supportive group environment.

What is HYROX

Hyrox training is a performance-based fitness style that blends functional strength work with endurance conditioning, inspired by the HYROX race format. Each workout is built around movements you use in everyday life, combined with running to develop strength, stamina, and efficiency under sustained effort. Expect a mix of sled pushes, rowing, lunges, ski erg intervals, and more, all structured in progressive, goal-focused programming that improves power, cardiovascular capacity, and movement technique. Accessible and scalable for all fitness levels, Hyrox training builds athletes who are strong, resilient, and confident in how their bodies move, while fostering a supportive, high-energy community environment where everyone trains with purpose.
