Leg Day
Build strong, powerful legs and glutes with a focus on strength training and proper movement patterns. This session is designed to help you run faster, lift heavier, and move with confidence both inside and outside the gym. Expect controlled lifts, explosive power work, and technique coaching that supports long-term progress and injury prevention.
6AM, 7AM & 9AM
Upper Body & Core
Focused training for your upper body and core to improve posture, power, and total-body balance. Strengthen shoulders, back, arms, and deep core muscles through targeted exercises and controlled progressions. This session supports better form during lifts, stronger race performance, and everyday functional strength.

Full Body Circuit
A dynamic circuit-style workout that blends strength, conditioning, and functional movement for a full-body burn. Youβll move through a variety of stations that challenge your endurance, test your grit, and boost your overall cardiovascular fitness. This is where you push limits, build resilience, and elevate overall performance.

Hyrox is a fitness training style that combines running with functional strength exercises like sled pushes, rowing, and lunges to build full-body endurance and power.
